I was introduced to the Lighting Industry by chance after an ex student of mine at Tafe asked me to train his staff. He was starting a Lighting business and he felt his staff needed Customer Service and Sales training. I loved the idea of what he was introducing in lighting to Australia that I joined him as a staff member and eventually became the General Manager. Ive learnt so much about lighting over the past 12 years that its now in my blood.
Why start an online store without a Showroom.
Ill be honest; cost, and a bit of knowledge. When I started in the industry 12 years there were over 4000 independent lighting shops with showrooms, now there are only around 400. Online buying and large franchises have taken over.
If you see a light on Allightythen.com and wish to see it in a showroom, send a request to sales@allightythen.com with your location details and Allightythen will endeavour to find it in a showroom near you and organise a visit. Of course if we're sending you there, you're welcome to purchase there. We're always about looking after 'you' the customer.
We can also offer price matching.
